“This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, in the last several years, especially for the reasonable price. You can tell when ownership / management cares so much they demand great quality from each staff member. That is this hotel. In particular, during the morning breakfast buffet, Carlos, the man in charge of the breakfast buffet talked to me several times to ensure everything was just right, and checked with me before he closed the buffet for the morning. Very thoughtful. And, everything was hot, fresh, and obsessively clean. This is one of my major complaints for most of the breakfast buffet's I've had to put up with this, this year. The staff in those other hotels obviously didn't care too much about customer experience. This hotel is different. Very well run. Excellent!”
