“More stuff to do than you can image within this entire hotel/casino complex. However, many people, including me, were lost it was so big. I was looking forward to looking out my suite windows and seeing the Las Vegas lights; instead I only saw air conditioning equipment from all three rooms. No coffee maker, no microwave, and refrigerator is full of stuff to buy* and no room for anything We brought. Room service deliver for lunch took 1 hour, 45 minutes. I understand -- all this is by design. You want people out shopping, eating in your restaurants and gambling; not in their rooms. *the refrigerator door in room 5-817 was partially open when we arrived. I pulled out a bottle on the door to feel how cold it was. Then I put the bottle back. My mistake -- that cost me $65 since I pulled the bottle out of its spot.”
