“Disabilities access to the pool and restaurant. We had a member of our family in a wheelchair. We asked to be given a room with the pool view in advance so the person with disabilities can enjoy the view from the balcony even if not able to go outside. When we reach the hotel it was given a room with the view to the parking. The only view was the cars parked there. The room did not had any disabilities setup. Was a normal room. They told us the room is specially made for disabilities which was a lie. We asked a room with a pool view so the only quest in a wheelchair in that hotel can enjoy his holiday even when he was not feeling well enough to go outside. We were told they can arrange one in 2 days. In the day we needed to change rooms the receptionist told us that the person responsible for the one with handicap ( very offensive) needs to sign a paper that they take the responsibility to be moved on the upper floor. The facility had 1 elevator working, not big enough for the wheelchair. When I raised concerns and reminded the same person that we discuss initially, that we were promised a room on the bottom floor on the pool side she said not to get angry as she can get angrier than me. I requested to talk to the manager ( which was in the room behind the desk) but we were told he is busy. We then were given the farther room on the bottom floor ( last one on the coridor) with a sea view for the person with severe mobility disabilities. I requested few times to see thae manager , and we managed to talk to him only when we saw him in the office and went to him directly. The food was average, same food mainly , with only few changes throughout the week. The desert was available only in the evening and it was cookies only . Same ones every single evening. Bed sheets stained. The staff was not wearing uniforms or name tags. No pool towels.”
