“Breakfast was fine. I ordered a boiled egg and toast. Not on the menu but it was cooked perfect for me. Waitress was ok, except for the fact that I had to go looking for someone to take my breakfast order. They were busy all talking amongst themselves at the bar. I felt I was interrupting them. Room was clean and towels and sheets all smelled great. Good water pressure in shower. TV had many channels to watch in lots of different languages. Fridge in room VERY noisy. Room outdated but clean. Check in and check out quite unfriendly. I appreciated (and drank ) the two small bottles of water in my room. I asked please for another at checkout and was told I would need to pay for a bottle of water. I was not expecting this response as the hotel is one of the more expensive in SJDS. DEFINITELY need a hospitality review with the staff.”
