“Nothing The fact that l am in a wheelchair and to reach the reception there were 10 steep steps. And we were left outside in the street (at the hottest time of the day) the madame receptionist never got from behind the desk to help or aid us or give us a glass of water over 4 hours. Trying to contact anyone in Booking.com proved almost impossible after listening to an AI (no wifi) voice on an international call on my mobile phone. Eventually got through to 'Sergio' he answered and thought we were going to be dealt with promptly so we asked him to call us back because of the cost of the mob phone as he said he was going to call the apart hotel, promising to return our call within 5 mins. 5 mins turned into never never. Had it not been for the kindness of the staff in the Ramada hotel next door.........letting us stay by the pool with refreshing drinks l dont know what we would have done Booking.com never offered alternative accommodation and as it was getting quite late i saw us sleeping in a park.. I booked it because it said wheelchair accessabilty. 2 points of anger from myside, not only was the Alia misrepresenting the acc. But Booking.com failed miserably in the customer care. Arrived home today after 5 wonderful nights in Tangier at the City Bleu appartments.”
