“Only the view Very disappointing experience, and it was very expensive. * The hotel is far from the parking area, making it inconvenient to access, especially when carrying luggage. * There were ants in both the living room and the bedroom. Finding insects inside the room is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. * The loud music was disruptive and showed little respect for guests who have different cultural and religious practices, particularly during prayer times. * The bathroom only provided toilet paper, with no water spray or bidet available. This basic facility is expected by many Arab and Muslim guests, and its absence was surprising. * Guests are not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside and are pushed to purchase food from the hotel. This restriction feels unreasonable for paying guests staying at the property. * The shower curtain was dirty and clearly needed proper cleaning or replacement. I paid for two nights in advance, and unfortunately, I regretted that decision shortly after arriving. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering how expensive it was, and I would not choose to stay here again. I advise anyone planning to stay at this hotel to take a look before paying.”
