“I came to Mumbai for 4 days for work. But every day when I came from the office, the hotel staff was asking for money. I paid Rs 2500 in advance and told them to pay in full when checking out after 4 days, but the staff always asked for money when I came from the office. So I checked out and booked another hotel.
