“I had a wonderful dining experience at Vivanta Turbhe, and a big part of what made it so special was the exceptional service by the staff - Sushmita, Vaishnavi and Purva! My sister and I were treated with so much care and warmth throughout our visit. Sushmita went above and beyond by arranging complimentary chaat for us, which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful gesture. The food overall was excellent—flavourful, fresh, and beautifully presented. What truly made the evening memorable was the birthday cake surprise arranged for my sister by Purva. It was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and it made her day even more special. Vaishnavi also deserves a special mention for her warm, attentive, and welcoming service—she made us feel comfortable and genuinely well taken care of. The entire restaurant team made our experience feel personal and memorable. Exceptional hospitality, great food, and thoughtful gestures—this is service done right. We’ll definitely be coming back!”
