“* Comfortable beds * Beautiful design all over- rooms and hotel * Good quality alcohol, especially the cocktails were amazing * Such fantastic service by all the staff, who smile and offer assistance all the time! Special thanks to Lia at the reception: made our arrival so welcoming, helped with transferring us to another room per our request, and encouraged us to stay at the hotel after check out while waiting for our flight! * Food was super varied EVERY MEAL * Hotel quite small, not imposing, which we liked * pool not heated and water is cold, which esentially makes it that hardly anyone ever enters it * Not nearly enough beds in the pools area - highly recommended to reserve a poolside room, so that you have guaranteed beds and slightly more secluded... We ended up switching rooms to one of those because of that. * Due to the area's proximity to Heraklion airport, you hear airplanes over your head often”
