“We have just returned from an incredible stay at Elios Hill in Crete, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience for our first family holiday. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. A special thank you must go to the wonderful Guest Relations team (Anastasia and Angelica) who went out of their way to make my husband's birthday extra special. Angelica was absolutely amazing with our 2-year-old son, who adored her from day one and looked forward to seeing her every day. She made such a lasting impression on our family. Another standout member of the team was Emmanouela in the main restaurant. Every breakfast and lunch service she took the time to greet us warmly, chat with us, and make us feel genuinely valued as guests. Those personal touches made such a difference and really enhanced our stay. Our Junior Suite was exactly as pictured online, beautifully presented, spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for our family. It's always a relief when reality matches the photos, and Elios Hill certainly delivered. The pools throughout the resort were stunning, but the kiddie pool was the real highlight for our toddler! We genuinely struggled to get him to leave each day because he loved it so much. The resort strikes the perfect balance between being incredibly family-friendly while also offering plenty of adult-only spaces if you want some peace and quiet to relax. The spa was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed a massage, body scrub, and aloe vera mask during our stay, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had in a long time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind. The Cloud Bar also became one of our favourite spots and saw us many times throughout our stay. Whether it was enjoying a drink while taking in the views or simply soaking up the atmosphere, it quickly became part of our daily routine.”
