“The sea view was stunning and definitely the best part of the hotel. The scenery from the room was beautiful both during the day and at night. This was my third stay at the hotel, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The hotel lobby was under renovation without any prior notice, which significantly affected the overall guest experience. The service was slow and unsatisfactory. On several occasions, housekeeping failed to leave towels in the room after cleaning, and simple requests such as towels or a toothbrush required multiple phone calls and a long wait before they were fulfilled. The room itself was comfortable and the location is good, but the level of service and overall management do not meet the standards expected from a Hilton property. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.”
