Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for £250 per person per stay when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

“The house was so spacious and comfortable. It was a delight for us to celebrate my Daughter's Hen Party. The downstairs room was a fantastic party room. The ensuite facilities were welcomed & hot tub really enjoyed. The large smeg oven was very slow to heat with pizzas taking an awful long to cook. We then realised there is a 2nd oven in the utility room. We could find no instructions, only warrantee information. The integral microwave also did not heat, so the microwave by the door was used. We expected a guestbook with important information, i.e., opening times of pool facilities, emergency contacts, fire procedure, and takeaway options to be in property. The final access to property was full of potholes, so we had to negotiate very carefully.”
