“Location very good. Excellent, South facing garden. Extremely quiet. Lovely views from sun room. Beautifully light throughout the house, apart from the kitchen. Good heating and very comfortable and spacious. Parking is a major issue as you’re unlikely to find spaces on the road and car parks are very expensive. No welcome pack - at least a bottle of milk would be handy! Very limited information, eg, no instructions for heating and hot water systems or gas fire. No information at all on locale. Bathroom - new toilet seat required, existing stained and unhygienic. Basin also stained and plug does not work so impossible to fill basin with water. Heated towel rail does not work. Main bedroom window extremely difficult to open and close.”
