“There was only one room left and I booked it at the same time as someone else. They called me within 30 minutes to sort it out and offered an upgrade to one of their apartments / flats for no additional fee. Made sure I was happy with the change, which I was, and left a note when I arrived to make sure I was still happy with the change. I love the fact they took so much effort to ensure I was happy after the glitch in their booking system. Also, the Brazilian bartender (sorry forgot his name) was super friendly and cheerful, obrigado!”
