“Pool I paid for all-inclusive but they have these strict rules on everything. They only offer Stella beer but won’t offer you a full bottle. They would put them in these small sample cups that you put your meds in for a patient. They also pour you OPENED beer bottles that have been sitting around!!! Anything else such as fresh juices, ice cream or even ordering outside 10am - 10pm, is chargeable. I felt like I was wearing the bracelet of shame and had to pay for most things anyway. When I spoke about it to the guest relation, they said it’s hotel policy with a smug smile. So even though I did enjoy some stuff, I made a “policy” to rate everything negative. The animation team only showed up on our last day, no activities and music wasn’t vibing.”
