“The location of the hotel was excellent. Room and bed very comfortable. The lack of bar facilities for a hotel in a major European capital were frankly laughable! The downstairs bar which looked nice from the outside remained shut during our three day stay. The other option was the rooftop bar which required booking to ensure a seat. Luckily the weather was good to allow us to use it on one afternoon. It was a nice area, but a limited range of drinks was available. On the day before we left, the downstairs bar remained closed, the rooftop bar was hosting a private function and the drinks fridge beside reception was inaccessible due to the key gone missing?! The hotel website boasts the bar area as being beautiful and relaxing, sadly we didn't get to experience this. For the price we paid to stay here, we believe it was most definitely not good value for money with these glaring gaps in service!”
