“I loved The Westin Grand Berlin. We spent a week there in May. I highly recommend it. The location, rooms and staff especially Agnieszka T and Heiko Forster were terrific. The breakfast was first class. I realized the first morning that they didn’t have something that I enjoyed and they went out of their way to make sure everything that I wanted (and the way I wanted it) was available daily. I have a simple request every time we travel. I want to feel special. Most hotels require a little prompting to know your expectations. This was the first hotel that I feel makes everyone feel special. The hotel was warm and elegant without being pretentious. If I had to describe the service and attributes I want in a hotel I wouldn’t go any further then describing The Westin Grand Berlin. There are many hotels in Berlin. This is luxurious and accommodating for travelers. This is truly a five star hotel that treats you royally. It’s a Grand hotel and you will feel very special. It’s elegant and modern. I personally want to thank everyone for making me feel so wonderful. Please don’t change anything and I look forward to returning.”
