“Not a 5-Star Experience We stayed at Vuni Palace Hotel for two weeks in September and were very disappointed. The room was small, dated, and poorly maintained – the shower leaked daily, the toilet ran all night, and there were no proper tea and coffee facilities. Reception staff were unhelpful and often rude. Food was repetitive and of poor quality, with the same limited options every day, and drinks were overpriced. While the pool, beach area, and cleaning staff were pleasant, the overall service and standard fell far below what is advertised. This is marketed as a five-star hotel, but in reality it is nowhere near that standard. I would not recommend staying here.”
