“We made a great choice with this hotel given its very convenient location and beautiful Park room with a view (of Mt. Pilatus). The hotel is very close to the train station, Migros, various fastfood chains and restaurants, and about a 10-15min walk to a laundromat. The 5th floor triple room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the balcony has a view of the park and Mt. Pilatus. Breakfast was good and satisfying, even if they serve the same dishes every day. Staff were generally helpful. The only issue we encountered is the housekeeping. On our 1st day, despite putting up the Eco sign on the door (throw trash but not change towels), they failed to do this and I even had to call the front desk (around 5pm), who asked if I put up the sign which I did. Meanwhile, on our 2nd day, I put up the Make Up room sign but they failed to do so by the time we arrived back in the hotel by 2-3pm. They did however make up the room with us inside.”
