“This hotel is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful and intuitive and a pleasure to interact with. The apartment is well laid out, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchenette that has everything you need to make coffee or breakfast in the morning, or dine in (heat up take out) at the end of the day. It has just what you need, no clutter, clean, well thought through. The balcony is a great feature with a firepit, very nice space to have as your hang out when in Ottawa. The lobby is beautiful, the public spaces are well maintained and also very pleasing to the eye. Underground parking easy to get to. The powder room is a little tight, but it's fine, very well thought out. It's a little stark, maybe some art? But I also appreciate that it makes the space feel clean and uncluttered.”
