“Restraunt staff were nice and served us chai in the morning. I liked the valet parking convenience Reception staff, slow service, This is a low grade of a 4 star. Pool is small and over crowded no where to really swim only like 2 deck chairs and 2 tables and chairs about. The rooms smelled musty and mouldy. The towels given/replaced had poo or brown stains on them. The cleanliness of this hotel in general is poor this was our second time staying but will now be the last time we stay here again. They advertise as the rooms big enough for two adults one child but it's only a double bed so you end up sleeping ontop of each other or like a pencil about to roll off the table.. food was cold in the buffet or Luke warm. Choice was limited more for south Asian guests. Waffles were bad hard. Definitely changed the chef and staff since I last came. Food quality is not the same.”
