“They charge the high rate but did not clean the room every day. The attitude of the staff was really bad. Plus I accidentally pressed book then found some other properties in the same building with better facilities but they didn’t let me cancel the booking. They asked for 50% cost for cancellation. When I tried to contact to get 2 rooms next to each other, they could not provide it but straight away asking for payment to secure the room. I lost my key card then left extra 150000vnd to cover that. I still got the email asking to pay more. I told them I don’t mind to transfer the rest but I wasn’t happy with the service they gave. Their room cost 950000vnd which equals to the price of 5* hotel in Tuy Hoa but the facilities and the cleanliness is too bad for what it should be. Meanwhile, I paid only 700000vnd for the bigger room on 26th floor which has washing machine and the lady who manages the room is very nice and helpful. I’m”
