“The location is stunning. The room was clean and cozy. The only part that felt a bit uncomfortable was the process for getting on the buggy. We had to wait over 40 minutes on the first night to take us to our rooms because there was no queue system or staff around at that time, and people were rushing to get on. A clearer process would really help make things smoother and more comfortable for arriving guests. Thankfully, Mr. Colin Hoang, the operations manager, was incredibly attentive and helpful. He made sure everything was sorted quickly and checked in to ensure we were comfortable. His professionalism and warmth really stood out and made the stay feel more personal. Overall, it was a lovely stay.”
