“Lovely hotel. Very relaxing. Had a great room with expansive beach and ocean views. Spa. Good massages with Sang but recommend replacing plastic covers on massage tables as constant squeaking on movement takes away a relaxing ambience. Good price. Gym. Good for a hotel. Had everything you need. Breakfast. Good selection but because i am a cereal person in the morning i would like to see better quality cereal with a selection of seeds and nuts but overall good. Staff. Fantastic reception staff in Tuyen and Tham. Both very efficient and professional. During a fire drill i didn't understand the English over the loudspeaker so walked down ten storeys thinking it was the real thing. When I got to reception area everything looked normal and Tuyen apologised profusely that it was only a drill. I wasn't worried as it was good exercise. Later that evening afruit platter was delivered to my room with a lovely note from Tuyen apologising again for any inconvenience. Above and beyond service and a great asset to the hotel. Location. Great. East and West craft beer and restaurant right on the beach directly opposite hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.”
