“The room had RAT FECES, dead and live insects crawling around, the carpet had not been vacuumed, live spiders in the bathroom sink. I could see hairs in the carpet and pubic hairs in the shower. They gave me a different room. This room also had pubic hairs in the shower and carpet. Live spiders in the sink again. I asked them to clean the room; they said there’s no cleaning staff late at night. I asked for cleaning supplies and had to clean the room myself. Instead of spray cleaner disinfectant he brought insecticide spray. The front desk man was lazy; he should have cleaned the room for me not have me clean the room. He spoke 0 English. They refused to refund me for the night. Why should have to pay for a filthy room that I had to clean myself. Terrible service and attitude. Location far from any restaurant or convenience store. AVOID THIS PLACE. ”
