“We loved it. The room was spacious, the grounds were beautiful, and there were three swimming pools. The staff was very friendly. We spent three weeks in Vietnam, and this was our best hotel during our entire stay. The food in the restaurant was also delicious, as were the cocktails. We weren't happy with the payment process. The way they handled the credit card issue really ruined our experience. They were so rude and tactless. We even wanted to cancel our booking, it was so unpleasant. Even after we paid for the room (4 nights) and ordered lunch by the pool on the second day, they demanded payment immediately. In other places, you can pay at the end of your vacation. With their payment method and credit card, they ruin people's vacations; they're so demanding. Bed is not comfortable, the mattress sags in the middle”
