“We booked for 2 nights but had to forgo our second night due to the room being full of mosquitos, the floor being dirty, the shower floor was absolutely disgusting and the curtains had this strange orange stain on them. The beach was absolutely disgusting with trash floating every as well as the pools next to the villa had broken edges that were cracked and uneven. When we were leaving we had someone come help us with our luggage and take us to the front desk but upon the staff member's arrival he didn’t not greet us and it seemed like he was in a rush trying to get us to hurry up. During the ride to the front desk he was incredibly rough with the car and it felt like we were fighting for our lives”
