The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers spectacular views. Waking up every morning in such an environment was a privilege. The hospitality throughout the resort is outstanding. Every member of the team is genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming. You are made to feel special from the first moment until the last. The food is fresh, of excellent quality, and consistently delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised by the wine selection, which offers excellent choices at very fair prices. A special mention goes to Mr. Vu, our butler, who was simply exceptional. What sets him apart is his rare ability to find the perfect balance between attentive service and genuine human care. He was always available when needed, anticipating our wishes with professionalism and discretion, yet at the same time making us feel sincerely cared for as guests. His kindness, authenticity, and dedication made our stay even more memorable. People like Mr. Vu are a true asset to any luxury hotel.
