“1 sao này là để quản lý của resort suy nghĩ lại về quyết định tổ chức chương trình karaoke night. Resort 5 sao nhưng tổ chức karaoke night ở nhà hàng dội loa đùng đùng ra không gian resort và lên tất cả khối phòng view ra biển, buổi tối tất cả các ngày trong tuần. Đây là 1 quyết định rất khó hiểu. Tôi ở phòng panoramic sea view 5 triệu 1 đêm nhưng buổi tối ko thể ra ngoài ban công ngồi thư giãn vì bị dàn karaoke dưới nhà hàng tra tấn. Buổi tối hồ bơi lên đèn khá đẹp nhưng bạn nào muốn ra đây ngồi chill thì quên đi vì chỗ này bị karaoke tra tấn còn hơn trên các phòng. Resort đất cũng rộng, thích karaoke thì làm cái phòng cách âm cho vô hát để không ảnh hưởng xung quanh, chứ tối nào cũng dội loa tra tấn tất cả khách ở phòng view biển như thế này thì ko hiểu nổi. This 1-star review is intended to make the resort's management reconsider its decision to hold Karaoke Night. This is a five-star resort, yet it hosts Karaoke Night at the restaurant with loudspeakers blasting across the entire resort and into every room with sea view, every evening throughout the week. It's a very difficult decision to understand. I stayed in a panoramic sea-view room that cost 5 million VND per night, but I couldn't even sit on my balcony to relax in the evening because the karaoke setup at the restaurant below was keep banging in. The pool area looks nice at night when it's lit up, but if you're hoping to sit there and unwind, forget it, the karaoke is even more unbearable there than in the guest rooms. The resort has plenty of space. If management wants to offer karaoke, they should build a properly soundproofed room so this karaoke stuff do not disturbing everyone else.”
