“We loved our villa, which was on the northern? side of the resort and very close to the beach. It was spacious, very clean, comfortable and private. I would definitely recommend trying to get a room in that area of the resort. The staff were very helpful. Free afternoon tea was appreciated. The resort is huge and at times felt crowded, particularly at breakfast. We tend to prefer more boutique accommodation, so a resort of this style isn't really our vibe. Unlike other places we stayed at in Vietnam, other guests were generally very unfriendly, perhaps because we speak English and most guests were Russian. It felt odd. It would have been good if staff were able to recommend tours or activities outside the resort, but it seems they were reluctant to do so because they couldn't guarantee the quality of external tours/services.”
