“I was concerned after reading some of the reviews. I have found, but stayed here for 10 days on a retreat and the staff, food and facilities were first class. The front desk and all the staff were smiling, pleasant and incredibly helpful. This resort is a refuge surrounded by beautiful forest, exquisite, landscaping, and the river. I also want to put in a plug for the spa where they have a steam bath, sauna, cold, plunge, pool, and excellent masseuse. All the food was fresh and incredibly tasty. I will mention that this facility is a half hour outside of downtown Hue. Taxi rides are very affordable and it is worth it to be in an awesome natural environment ”
