“Very very old hotel. The location is great. Staffs are all nice and do their best to help out. Good price. But, honestly I DO NOT recommend it. I had to change the room twice. First one was door-broken. Staff said it's not broken. But as I see, it was almost broken. I was so worried about security and safety that they changed the room to another one. But in the second room, even tho was better condition, in the bath room, there were a family of cockroaches in bath tube. I was so freaked out, it was ever biggest one I've ever seen. Almost an adult fist size and a lot of smaller cockroaches. It was the most horrible night ever. I went down to ask if I can get a refund, I wanted to move to another city. They said okay and changed the room once again for 1 night. The 3rd room was a bit better condition than second room. Thankfully there were no cockroaches. So I decided to stay as I planned. But still very worried about security, safety, and cockroaches. The bed springs are broken. I couldn't sleep well coz of uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning is okay. But couldn't use hot water. Dunno why. If I have to stay in Hue again, I wouldn't stay here again.”
