“Memority Hotel, Villas and Spa was our home for 4 weeks (myself and 2 married friends) and what a wonderful 4 weeks it was!! Top of the list is the staff; beyond friendly and helpful, they are true friends. If you have never visited Vietnam it is difficult to explain how fantastic the people are, you probably have not seen this anywhere else; so, by their standard the Memority staff were exceptional. Next is location; perfect for everything downtown/oldtown Hoi An for those on foot not wanting to take on the insane motorbike/scooter traffic. OK, the new villas and spa are very nice and great value. The hotel side, however, looks and feels a little 'tired' but at the price it is difficult to expect more. For customised tours and 'out of the ordinary' tourist ideas they are tops. My ratings are based on many years of UK/USA-based travelling (so higher expectations) to give a more balanced (critical) opinion but the staff of Memority were a major contributor to a month of special memories for me.
