Instead, I was trapped in a cramped, grimy bedsit with no separate bedroom, just a corner of the room offering zero privacy or comfort. A desk? Not even a trace. This isn’t a hotel; it’s a fraud! The mattress was an absolute abomination—stained, littered with pubic hair, and lacking even a basic mattress topper. It’s a health hazard unfit for a dog, let alone humans! Imagine booking this dump for your family, hoping for a pool to cool your kids in Vietnam’s suffocating heat, only to be stuck in this revolting, misrepresented hovel. The management’s silence is the cherry on this garbage pile—they’ve ignored every message I’ve sent, proving they’re spineless crooks who don’t care about guests. To make this scam even more infuriating, payment wasn’t processed through Booking.com as expected. Instead, they forced me to pay in the lobby with a shady portable EFTPOS machine—a clear tactic to dodge refund requests through Booking.com’s system.
