“I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable and made everything so convenient. The staff were professional, respectful, and always willing to help. One thing that really impressed me was their honesty and attention to guests’ belongings. I accidentally left my safety box open with my valuables inside. When I returned, I noticed that housekeeping had not cleaned the room. Shortly after, the housekeeping staff and their supervisor came to explain that they had seen the safety box open and chose not to enter or clean the room to ensure my belongings remained secure. Once they informed me, they returned to clean the room. I thought this was an incredible gesture and a true reflection of their integrity. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. If I return to the city, I would definitely stay here again. The only areas for improvement would be the breakfast variety and the elevators. The breakfast was good, but I believe a wider selection would better accommodate guests from different countries, as the menu seemed to focus mainly on Asian cuisine. Also, the elevators could be more comfortable with better air conditioning, as they tended to feel quite warm.”
