“The location close to the airport. The foyer is beautiful and staff are very helpful with assisting with rooms and taxi’s. It’s very quiet, we didn’t hear any planes, considering it is so close to the airport. The rooms are big, and also the bathroom is big. Apart from the foyer, this is lacking what a 4 star hotel should be. The rooms have mould, the beds are very hard and there were stains in the carpet. The information folders and bathroom displays are all worn and look stained. The towels were frayed, which would be expected in a 2 star hotel, not a 4 star hotel. There is no bath and the swimming pool is closed at 8pm. We were desperate for a quick swim when we arrived at 8.30pm but couldn’t. For a 4 star hotel, the breakfast is very limited, only Asian food and no fruit juice. Limited fresh fruit and the fried rice and noodles were nearly cold. For a 4 star close the the airport, you would expect a wider choice, such as pastries, some deli meats and cheese. We have had better breakfast at several 3 star hotels.”
