“We checked in on 30th June 2026 with our family including children. The moment we opened our room door, we were hit by strong construction fumes and thick dust. The room had no working window — zero ventilation. What was shown in the hotel's photos online did not match what we got. Worst part — there was already a notice placed in the property acknowledging the ongoing construction and asking guests to "bear with the fumes and dust." So the hotel knew about this and still checked in a family with children without any warning whatsoever. We could not stay. My wife and kids were choking. This is a health hazard, not a minor inconvenience. No window. No ventilation. No disclosure. No apology. Avoid if you are traveling with family or have any respiratory sensitivity.”
