“Everything exceeded our expectations!! The hotel was exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom, which was spotless with no mould, limescale, water stains, or dust anywhere. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were generously sized, and the sheets felt crisp and fresh. The staff were outstanding! warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were travelling with a very tired 3yo toddler and they were incredibly patient and accommodating, which we really appreciated. The lobby itself is just so beautifully designed with a modern, luxurious feel, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Although it wasn’t huge, the quality and variety of both Vietnamese and Western dishes were excellent! So so fresh, beautifully presented, and honestly better than many hotel breakfasts I’ve had in Australia. We also loved the thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting in our room. It was such a lovely personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. Excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again. There really wasn’t anything we disliked, and we had a wonderful stay. If I had to offer a couple of small suggestions, it would be helpful if the reception number was clearly labelled on the room phone or somewhere in the room, as I couldn’t easily find it when I needed to call reception (although I may simply have overlooked it). It would also be nice if an iron and ironing board were available in the room or upon request. These are only minor suggestions and certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.”
