“We had a wonderful stay at Silk Hanoi Moment Hotel & Spa and were especially impressed by the outstanding staff. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants, and shops. A special thank you to the reception team, especially the ladies on the morning and evening shifts and the gentleman who assisted guests during the late-night hours—they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay The only minor inconvenience was that guests need to go up one flight of stairs before reaching the elevator, which can be challenging when carrying heavy luggage. We also noticed a slight odor in the bathroom, possibly due to a plumbing or pipe issue. These were relatively small concerns and did not significantly affect our overall experience”
