“Very good price for last mintues booking. This is my second stay here. Lovely hotel in a great location in the old town, good room with air conditioning, a bit small but super clean. Every time, the staff are incredibly kind and always greet guests with a smile. They helped me arrange tours to Ha Long Bay and Ha Giag loop at more competitive prices than any other agencies I compared. The prices are clearly displayed both in the rooms and in the lobby, so I felt comfortable using services such as car pick up, laundry, money exchange.., They provide good services at reasonable prices. So I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit, excellent! Everything was great.”
