“We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Emerald Water Valley hotel. We travelled with a big family group of 9 people including children and elderly, and we were very well taken care of by Mr Dave and his team. Rooms were comfortable and any small issue was promptly taken care of. Although breakfast is located at a nearby hotel during renovation, there's always staff member kindly showing us the way. During Hanoi trip, one of our family members had a health crisis in the early hours and require ambulance service. The situation was handled flawlessly with relatively fast arrival of medical responders and transfer to an English speaking hospital. Mr Dave also kindly organised an alternative hotel as we were due to check out that day. We are very grateful to Mr Dave and the full team for their kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism!”
