“A special thank you to Tonny at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. His warm attitude and helpfulness made a great first impression and really added to our overall experience. The hotel itself is excellent. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated in the Da Nang heat. Housekeeping was great and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was also a highlight ! delicious, with a wide variety of choices every morning. There was something different to try each day, and everything was very well prepared.”
