“Rooms were a decent size but that’s about it There is no more sea views due to the new tall buildings along the sea front, the “sea view” consists of a tiny portion of the city view. Towels smelt damp after one use and staff will not change until the 3rd day of staying. Deposit fluctuates between visitors, I was told 500k and witnessed another of only 200k, the only service you get with the deposit is 2 bottles of water each day. Attitude of staff is that they just don’t care. My room came with a bath however my hot water was turned off on the first day - easily fixed however the plug hole does not retain water and there is mould around the edges. Huge dust bunnies under the bed but I didn’t really care about that, just made me think of how clean the room actually is. Photos show towel conditions, cracked glass and the apparent ‘sea view’”
