“The only think I like was the location of the hotel. The front staff was not friendly at all. A few of the staff have poor customer service skills. I did not feel welcome when I checked in. Another staff member harassed one of our members for a review, which was very annoying. The lobby was hot, the front door was broken, and a small door was open for entry and exit. The toilet was not working properly (I got the grand suite). The elevator system was the worst I’ve used in my entire life. It took us more than 20 mins to get down to ground level from level 11 At around 7 a.m.- 9 a.m. The property needs some updates. The regular double room was so small and stuffy. Bonus, the breakfast buffet was not good either.”
