“Dear Hotel Owner, We are writing to express our extreme dissatisfaction with our stay at your hotel. Over the past two days, we repeatedly tried to resolve issues through the reception, but received no real assistance. 1. Insects in the hotel
There are a large number of insects (moths and ants) throughout the hotel, including in our room. Despite multiple requests to resolve the issue, we only received superficial cleaning with no results. Soon, moths hatched in the room (we have a lot of expensive and branded clothes), while ants were crawling even on the bed. After four complaints, we were offered to change rooms: * 302 — strong cigarette smell * 603 — even more insects * 403 — fewer cocoons; we agreed to move on the condition of immediate cleaning (the staff member agreed and asked us to go out for 20 minutes) However, after an hour, we found that no cleaning had been done, and the staff member had not even entered the room. After that, she finished her shift and left. Only a night shift employee (a young man with a tattoo) on April 28–29 helped us and personally resolved the issue. 2. Swimming pool
The water contains an excessive amount of chlorine, which darkened all our silverware and caused an allergic reaction. In addition, the pool is not cleaned of insects, and the roof area and stairs are constantly dirty, with one sunbed and someone's belongings. 3. Privacy violation
Staff enter the room without any warning, which is unacceptable, especially when guests are inside. We were naked at the time. 4. Staff attitude
Reception staff show no interest in resolving problems and refuse to connect us with the manager. 5. Technology In all rooms, more than half of the sockets are not functioning, as well as very very weak Wi-Fi, you have to buy your own Internet in addition. Conclusion
Our stay has been completely ruined, and we do not intend to continue staying at your hotel. We insist on compensation for the last night and immediate corrective measures.”
