“1 the location is good ,just nearby the Da lat intercity bus station ,10mins walking; 2 the room is clean and same as the pic 3 private bathroom is big with free toothbrush and kettle 4 The male reception on the night shift was very enthusiastic in his service, responding to all requests and even providing a pillow. 1 room without hot water ,I have a shower with cold water in night, its so cold at night in Da lat city 2 During the peak tourist season, the number of visitors is too high, and rooms may be oversold. Even if you have booked a room, if check in too late, the hotel may sell your room to other guests who arrive earlier, resulting in a situation where you have no room to stay. 3 The female reception is not that good at English ,most of time ,she didnt understand what I was asking”
