“Very helpful staff especially the lady in the morning who organised our overnight bus sleeper transfer to HCM, and was able to book us a Dalat day tour, both are great rates and cheaper than we were able to find ourselves online. The staff also helped with restaurant suggestions, and showing us where we can get money converted. The hotel style is beautiful, very unique style, especially loved the plants at reception. The room is very comfortable and the balcony was a, great place for us to enjoy a morning coffee. We were very grateful to the staff for allowing us to store our bags at the hotel after we had checked out. There was no air conditioning other than ceiling fan , however this was not a problem, the climate is much cooler and Dalat.”
