“The hospitality of the staff especially the Duyen and the manager, Nam. They both went out of their way to help us with our requests. The manager Nam came to our room to help open my corked wine bottle and helped us order dinner. Duyen also helped us with ordering a taxi and was kind to share her Vietnamese snacks with us. We are very happy for their services. There were guests with very noisy children who ran up and around the compound making so much noise. The parents did nothing to help. That was unpleasant but I understand the staff cannot do much to stop the noise either.”
