“This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was fantastic! We loved the family-owned vibe, David was always checking in with us seeing how we were liking everything. We are both in the service industry and the guest service impressed us from start to finish! The servers and bartenders were so friendly! They remembered us and our room number, plus always said hello with a smile! It really made the week even better. The food and drinks were 10/10. We loved everything at both Oasis and Iggies! Such great variety and quality! The resort itself is beautiful! We loved having the pool/swim-up pool bar or beach option. It was also never crazy busy in the pool, just a nice lively level of guests. The views are gorgeous! We did 3 boat activities on Heavenly Days: the sunset sail, half day sea turtle snorkeling and the Limeout trip on Saturday. The crew was excellent!! We love Erin, Wes, James & Caymen! The front desk was also so helpful with getting us taxis! We only had one hiccup which was our AC not working the best but we stayed cool with the fans. We will absolutely be back & recommend Bolongo Bay to friends!”
