“Our two bedroom/ two bath unit was ample size and kitchen was dated but functional. Washer/ Dryer within the unit was great. Medium-small pool was good with washrooms, countertop seating and shaded areas. Although the Colony Cove property is right on the water... there really is no "sand beach". Rocky condition with limited access from land to water. Adjacent property had nice beach which we used instead. Minor repairs needed within the unit. Be prepared for room AC units.”
